I guess I always find "about me"s difficult to write because I either sound like I belong on myspace or someone who tries too hard to be profound. I'll start with the basics: My name's Ramelcy, and I'm from a little place you might have heard of known as New York City. I consider myself a Feminist and have an opinion on just about anything and everything. My tumblr is my own and no one else's so I'll post whatever quotes, rants, pictures, and random bullshit that I want. I guess it provides a bit of insight to who I am or at least I think I am? I feel like it’s about time the Latino community starts to bring more light to such issues. Our skin color, hair type, and physical attributes should not make us feel confined to one definition of “Latina” or “Black”. You do not have to be one or the other.
